[Business Strategy]
Cultural Route NGO
I created a business strategy from the ground up for the Cultural Routes Society in Antalya to make them cash positive from the moment the plan was implemented. Their work is essential, but more importantly, it makes them financially stable. Creating an intuitive and user-friendly process of taking in potential reservations has helped them increase their reservations by 1200% annually.
This increase of reservations has benefited not only the revenue of the organisation. A lot of the magic has been realised at the back of the organisation making sure that once the reservation flows in, all relevant parties are notified so the customer is helped within couple of hours after requesting an booking.
This smooth management system was cooked out specially for the structure of their organisation but making sure it is scalable . You can read more in detail about this casestudy in the blog series dedicated to this.

Digi Safe Guard
The digisafeguard hardware was a privilege to create. I care personally a lot for privacy and protecting it and quite actually hate corporate data storage and government big brother practices. I had to pull all stops on creating the hardware and sourcing the correct (reliable) manufacturers for this piece of art. I started an elaborate but scalable solution which meant each part was unique but mass-produced in their own field but had nothing to do with each other. I called this method "Chaos". Naming it after the Chaos theory, in mechanics and mathematics, the study of apparently random or unpredictable behavior in systems governed by deterministic laws
However anything about it was random at the same time as it operated in an beautiful harmony with the DigiSafeguard app. Like any hardware, the true power is unleashed with it's OS. The DigiSafeguard app is available in the Google Play store and is free for anyone wanting to transfer encrypted data. The hardware provides an extra layer of security which normal phones lack. The hardware rock only the essentials for top notch encryption. I am not even going to say "military grade encryption" because that stuff is easy to crack compared with this. As of 2021 it is in an prototype stage and I am not going to tell you the rest, for obvious reasons.

Cyrus 3D Printer
What started as an act of frustration, it grew out to become my own personal favorite among all my investments. It took 4 years, many trials and errors and a lot of overtime to create the Cyrus 3D printer. It was ahead of its time in terms of quality. This project embodied basically every aspect of creating a tech company, and I mean every part.
I had to unlearn everything I knew about business and start from scratch, learning how to design, program, logistic, manufacturing, marketing, branding, resellers, dropshipping, maintenance, support, warranty, ISO certificates, stock, quality control, patents and to teaching new employees how to assemble.
The cyrus 3D printer project was an beautiful one to say at least. I can see to this day part of the design been taking over by new 3D printer manufacturers and it paved way for a new industrial revolution which I humbly took part of. With over 500 units sold worldwide it was an outright success with clients like Philips, Shell, TraXXas and many more trusting their R&D department with an unit. But like all good stories, it had to come to an closure. The Cyrus 3D printer was bought by an third party which would be incorporated into their own units. Knowing their vision was in line with mine, I knew it was in good hands.

Securypto
Securypto is an anonymous Masternode based blockchain project focused on anonymous storage & transferring of encrypted data. A market agitation technology by
Monetizing anonymous content distribution, creating a new emerging market.
Transfer or store genuinely untraceable encrypted messages & files across the internet.
It is linked to an open-source hardware wallet for an extra security layer.
For securypto I came on board as an engineer but because of my business background I reemerged as the go to for consultation regarding getting more funding and direction for the project. In the world of blockchain and cryptography, getting funding is quite challenging but not impossible if you have an solid foundation and a good product. After many months of tinkering and marketing through various channels, Securypto got a more than 200.000 USD in funding by private investors. Building further on various channels, Securypto became live on various crypto exchanges on Januari 2021.
This blockchain project has been wonderful to be part of and I can only wish them the best in their future ventures.
